PYNZ LLC and its members, managers, distributors, manufacturers, re-sellers, retailers,
attorneys, parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable, and you hereby hold them
harmless from any injury, death, or bodily injury to you, any family members, or the dog, as well as from damages, liabilities, and claims (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from any use of the product, including but not limited to misuse, exceeding weight limits, or failure to follow recommended guidelines. This includes, without limitation, any harm, death, or bodily injury to you, your family members, or the dog.
You acknowledge that PYNZ LLC does not provide and hereby disclaims any warranties relating to the product or its use, including any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
