PYNZ Return Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  •  Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
  •  Must be in the same new, unused condition as received.
  • Final Sale items and those not meeting these conditions are not eligible.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team right away.

Currently, we can only process returns for U.S. orders, but we’re working to expand
internationally ASAP.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return authorization by emailing
    Return@PYNZ.com.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and packing slip.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by PYNZ.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 8–10 business days after we receive your return.

FAQ

Why is my refund less than what I paid?

We do not refund original shipping costs or cover return shipping fees.

What if I received a PYNZ product as a gift?

If the gift was purchased directly from PYNZ.com, we can offer an exchange or store credit (redeemable only on PYNZ.com).

Helpful Tips

We recommend keeping your return tracking number until your refund is complete.
Once your refund is processed, please allow your bank 5–10 business days to post the
funds.
